Tables, chairs, quiz master, quiz questions and answers (you could use the Trivial Pursuit game), answer sheets, pens, pencils, tape player, microphone, prizes, score board, judges.

Make sure that any costs of prizes and other support from businesses do not outweigh the income.
Comments
Pre-sell the tickets or sell them at the door. Proceeds should go to a specific project and you should state what it is. The quiz night should be on a Friday or Saturday night. It is great family entertainment, so sell it that way. Ask people buying tickets to make up table size groups to compete as teams. Supply tea, coffee etc. BYO munchies and drinks.
