  1. I started my Queen’s Scout Award before the new Venturer Record Book appeared in April 2004. Some courses are signed off in my old book. Some requirements seemed to have changed. Do I follow the old requirements or the new? Do I need a new book? What about things that have been signed in my old Venturer Passbook?
  1. Can you get paid to do something which is going to be used as part of the award scheme?
    For example: Getting paid by the local council to work on refurbishing a small rubbish dump.
  1. Can I use my Queen’s Scout Award as part of my school work?
  1. Can you get your Queen’s Scout award if you have joined the Scouts at 15 years of age. Is this possible?
  1. The Venturer Passport calls up ASC-approved examiners for Personal Growth 1-4 (Expression1 / Lifestyle1 / Ideals1 / Pursuits1), First Aid, and Outdoors1, but the Awards Approvals page on this web site only calls up Unit Council approval - can Unit Council approve examiners at that level?
