"Work Effectively with Others"
For this topic all you need to do is attend the Unit Management Course, there are a number of these held each year, and if you can gather a minimum of 15 participants we will endeavour to run one for you.
During the UMC you will be given a course workbook to work through, within in this are a number of questions that relate directly to your Certificate II workbook, answer these in your course and then transcribe them. There are then a couple of extra questions to work through with a friend (there are only 15 questions in all). Attach a photo or two of activities you have planned and participated in.
Get it signed off by your Unit Council and your Leader and send it in. It really is that easy, 1 topic done.
